1. Who you are contracting with

MiPadiAgent is operated by Mi Padi Agency ("Mi Padi Agency", "we", "us"), based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Mi Padi Agency for your use of the MiPadiAgent website, mobile app and related services (the "Service"). 2. Acceptance

By creating an account, listing a property, purchasing any paid service or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, where you act for a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

3. What we provide

MiPadiAgent lists rental and sale properties in Sierra Leone. Paid services currently include property verification (physical inspection, professional photos and a Verified badge), Quick-Match alerts delivered by WhatsApp, and additional listing slots for landlords. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan or purchase you have made.

4. Your account and information

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Information you submit — including property details, prices, photos and contact numbers — must be accurate, must relate to property you are entitled to advertise, and must be kept up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or for any fraudulent purpose;
• post fake, duplicate, misleading or spam listings;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security of the Service, including malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to access data that is not yours;
• harass renters, landlords or our inspection team, or attempt to bypass MiPadiAgent to collect informal agent fees.

You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process the content you upload solely to operate and promote the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Mi Padi Agency owns the Service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, database, branding and documentation. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

7. Service level and warranties

We work hard to keep MiPadiAgent available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Verification reflects what our inspector observed at the time of the visit and is not a warranty about the ongoing condition or legal status of a property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions such as Quick-Match alerts renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. 9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from your settings. On termination, your listings are removed from public view and your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (including lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, and the courts of Sierra Leone have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above.
