Content Takedown Policy

1. Our approach

Landlords and our inspection team upload photos, videos and descriptions to MiPadiAgent. We respect the rights of others and remove content that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights when we are properly notified.

2. How to send a takedown request

Email mipadiagent@gmail.com with the subject "Takedown request" and include:

• your name and contact details (email and phone/WhatsApp);
• a description of the work or right you believe is being infringed;
• the link to the listing and which photo, video or text is affected;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

We review each request, and where it is valid we remove or disable the content promptly and let the person who uploaded it know. Repeat infringers may have their listings removed and their account closed.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with the link, an explanation, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We may restore the content unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

5. Designated agent
