30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything you buy from MiPadiAgent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What this covers

• Property verification fee — including if you change your mind before the inspection visit takes place.
• Quick-Match alerts — your monthly subscription. You can also cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Extra listing slots — refundable within the same 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at mipadiagent@gmail.com or on WhatsApp and we will raise it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or mobile money provider may take a few business days to show the money.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Quick-Match alerts at any time from your dashboard or via the customer portal link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
